Need general computer support? We can dial in remotely using free software and diagnose and repair your computer. All you need is an internet connection! We have been given special permission to use third party software to allow us to provide fast, inexpensive, and quality support to you. Using CrossLoop is not only free, but a very easy means to get our expertise to you. Using this software requires only a download, a simple installation, and then providing us your unique access code. You pay only for the actual technical support that we provide. But is it safe? Yes...or we would not do it. Think of this technology the same way you if you were making a telephone call. If you do not give someone your phone number, they can not call you. Likewise, even if someone does have your phone number and they call you, you still need to answer the phone in order for them to "hear" you. The difference is that your "phone number" (unique session identification) changes every time you use the remote connection software. You have to give us your unique session identification number and when the session is over, so is the unique number. Secondly when we get your number and "dial in" to your computer, you are then prompted to allow us to see your desktop. YOU control that decision. Once the session is over we are unable to reconnect without your interaction! This is what makes it safe. We will work together with you. Once we are connected, we can see your desktop and you can see us move your mouse. With us being on the telephone together, we can work to resolve your problem. Think of the times you needed help figuring out how to get your email to work, update your antivirus software, resolve an error message, or get that Word or Excel document to do what you want.
